I feel like I've finally rejoined the living! My girls, my husband, and I have all had just wrapped up with a couple of weeks of RSV. Which meant first a week of sleep deprivation from their coughing, and then a week of sleep deprivation from our own coughs and gunk. Blar. We were lucky that the girls stayed out of the hospital, didn't need any special medical treatment, and weathered it fine at home. As for my husband and I, everyone told us that RSV would just be like a regular cold for us. They were wrong! We were all miserable. But enough of my pity party-- we're better now and ready for some good eats. Here's what's cookin'!
