I love giving my girls healthy treats, and nothing beats ice pops made with fruit and yogurt. Best of all, its fun and easy to customize them to your child's preferences, and to make them to go along with any holiday or special color scheme. So far we've made Christmas POPS, Pink POPS (for Valentine's Day), and St. Patty's POPS. I didn't want Halloween to feel left out, so we whipped up some yummy Candy Corn POPS.
The key to these fantastic POPS is the Zoku Mini Pop Mold. It makes POPS so tiny that even your littlest ones won't get bored with their popsicle before it has melted all over them. Maggie often wants 3 or 4 at a time, and since they're so healthy I have no problem giving her that many! Of course, you can use any ice pop mold that you want.

To make Candy Corn POPS you'll need:
- Zoku Mini Pop Mold
- white yogurt (we use whole milk vanilla)
- orange juice
- pineapple or pineapple juice
- food coloring (optional-- sort of a necessity to make vibrant colors for a striking blog photo, but your popsicles will still look lovely without it if you prefer to leave it out)
Put down a layer of white yogurt in the bottom of your popsicle mold. Next, pour on a layer of orange juice. To make our vibrant colors, I poured about 1/3 cup of OJ into a measuring cup and added one drop of red and one drop of yellow food coloring before I added it to the popsicles.
Put your popsicles in the freezer for about 30 minutes before you add the next layer. When mostly frozen, add a layer of pineapple. I used jarred pineapple chunks and whirred them around in a mini blender with one drop of yellow food coloring. You could also use pineapple juice. Add the popsicle sticks and put in the freezer until firm.
