It's back! I've had several people ask where "Menu Plan Monday" went. I don't have a good answer, other than to say that it just....went away for a while. My menu planning (and lots of other things) get quite a bit more relaxed over the summer time, but we're back in the regular swing of things now. And since I'm planning our menus, I might as well share them with you!
Here's our plan for the week. I've put a few things on the menu that I will double-- we'll eat some now and stash some in the freezer. Once my husband is back to work in a couple of weeks, it will be nice to have some quick and easy things to grab, so I'm trying to fill it up in the next couple of weeks.
