We love our POPS! I love giving my girls a healthy treat, made with yogurt and fruit, and they love having such a bright and colorful snack. It's a win-win, folks. These St. Patrick's POPS are a snack that you can feel good about giving to your kids. Maggie asks me all the time if we can make some little POPS. Make some for your kids today!

You'll need some oranges, kiwi, white yogurt (plain or vanilla), a little blendery thing (like a Magic Bullet), and a popsicle mold (we use this Zoku Mini Pop Mold). For this particular mold, we needed 2 small mandarins and 2 kiwis. Your popsicle mold will obviously hold a different quantity.
Blend up your fruit. My girls were happy to eat these without any additional sweetener, but you could add honey or a bit of sugar if you wanted to.
Spoon in layers of fruit and yogurt. We made ours to look like the flag of Ireland. Make sure to put the thicker puree (for us this was the kiwi) on the bottom and the thinner puree (the orange) on the top to help keep the colors from mixing.
