We've enjoyed 2 weeks of having my husband home with us over Christmas break and he's headed back to school this morning! That signals the start of the real world and the looooong, sloooooow haul until spring break. Back to cooking with children underfoot!
We're also on a mission to expand my oldest's palate. Her chosen thing-to-learn-to-like this week was carrots, so I found a yummy honey glazed carrots recipe for her to try. Looks delicious to me!
Here's what I'm planning for the week.
