I'm getting to the point where if I actually think about how soon Christmas is, I start to get all sweaty and anxious! Usually I am ALL OVER IT and totally ready. This year I've got some sort of mental block and can't really get any traction in my preparations. Time to make some lists and calm down, I guess. Meals are simple this week-- it is certainly not the time to be fancy!
