Wahoo! We survived the holidays! Now it's time to get back to normal around here. My fingers have been itching to get back on the computer! We ate pretty simply over the holidays and I didn't do much cooking so I've also been anxious to get back in the kitchen! My planning for the week might be a bit ambitious, but I think I can manage it. Here's what I have planned for the week.
