We'll just pretend that it's still Monday, okay? My freezer and pantry have gotten so full that it's time (once again) to start working through it! I'll be trying to shop for only the essentials-- milk, bread, and fresh produce-- until there I can see the back of my freezer again! Here's what's cookin'.

Breakfast:
fruit served every meal
oatmeal
muffins and quick breads from the freezer
cereal
hard boiled eggs
Lunch:
sunbutter/peanut butter and jelly/honey sandwiches
pasta with marinara sauce
quesedillas or cheese roll-ups
fruit
yogurt
Snacks:
Blue Ribbon Granola Bars
fruity-yogurty popsicles (I just got this mini pop maker and I CAN"T WAIT to try it)
Cranberry Apple Bread
cheese and crackers
cottage cheese
Dinner:
Hearty Black Bean Soup, cornbread, fruit
Vegetable Lo Mein, fruit
homemade pizza, garden salad, fruit
tortellini and marinara sauce, steamed broccoli, fruit
snack supper (crackers, cheese, carrots, cukes, fruit, hummus)
Sweet Bites:
Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Cookies (from The Girl Who Ate Everything)
