It's time for some good, healthy grub in between all the feasting and sweets overload of Thanksgiving and Christmas! With all the parties, shindigs and activities of the season, I try to keep things simple and healthy at home. I'm also trying to keep my grocery shopping to a minimum and use up the things we have in the freezer and pantry. Here's what's on our menu this week.
