I've started to clean out my freezer and pantry, and can almost easily see what I have in there now! I've got a long way to go, though! I planned this week's menu while keeping the freezer-cleaning-out project in mind, and also trying to take it easy in anticipation of the crazy holiday season that is about to start!

Very Veggie Black Bean Burgers (from the freezer), roasted potatoes, fruit
snack supper (cheese, crackers, carrots, cukes, hummus, fruit)
homemade pizza
