I'm entering week 3 of trying to eat from my freezer and pantry, and I'm finally starting to see some clear space in my freezer and a little bit of breathing room in my pantry. Hooray! I may only have to keep this up for another couple of weeks. I'm anxious to be done so that I can get back to my regular cooking and baking.
In the meantime, here is my rather humdrum menu for the week, designed to whittle down the freezer and accommodate my diverse group of eaters, all while maintaining my sanity during a busy week!
