I'm not even going to pretend like there is anything sophisticated, complicated, or healthy about this dish. But it does have a couple of things going for it. It is cheesy and delicious. My whole family gobbles it up. It is cheesy and delicious. You can make it ahead of time and throw it in the oven when you need to. It is cheesy and delicious. You can keep all the ingredients on hand so that it can be a 'back up' dish when other plans fall through. It is cheesy and delicious. Wait...did I say that already?
Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 package frozen ravioli (We use cheese ravioli. You can use whatever your family likes.)
1 24 ounce jar marinara sauce
12 ounces mozzarella cheese (6 ounces cubed, 6 ounces shredded)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup water
*1/2 pound of browned ground beef optional*
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Prepare a 9" x 13" baking dish (or volume equivalent) with nonstick spray.
Chop 6 ounces of cheese into small cubes (about 1/4"). Shredded cheese in a baked cheesy dish like this tends to just melt into the sauce, but if you add small cubes, the entire dish will be ooey gooey cheesy.
Add ravioli, sauce, cubed cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and water to your baking dish. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle 6 ounces shredded cheese on top.
Bake uncovered at 425 for approximately 30 minutes, or until top is brown and bubbly.
If you're pulling this dish straight from the freezer, bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes*
